Hopefully, warning signs won’t be needed as you look to exercise during your pregnancy. It is important to know what signs to watch for if you are exercising while pregnant. Contact your health care provider if you experience any of the following warning signs:
- Vaginal bleeding
- Shortness of breath
- Dizziness or being light headed
- Unusual pain that is not normally associated with exercise
- An abnormal heartbeat or pain in your chest
- Leaking fluid
- Contractions in your uterus
- Cramping Muscles
If you feel tired, light headed, dizzy, cramped or too hot it is important to stop exercising immediately. Make sure that you rest and see that everything is alright.
